C4e at the seminar of the Police of the Czech Republic
C4e participated in the seminar with a focus on electronic evidence and cybercrime organized by the Czech Police in Jihlava.
Seminar was primarily focused on new developments related to cybercrime and electronic evidence - from the legal, technical and criminalistic point of view.
Václav Stupka from C4e at the seminar delivered two lectures. One focused on the issue of data retention and possible consequences of rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Sverige case on the Czech legislation on the retention of traffic and location data.
The second lecture was prepared as part of the LIVE_FOR project and was devoted to the issue of the European Investigation Order and its implementation in the Czech legal order.
C4e is a part of CONCORDIA H2020 project
CONCORDIA is a Horizon 2020 project that aims to integrate European cyber security competencies to strengthen European digital sovereignty and cybersecurity. One of the project consortium members is Masaryk University, specifically C4e.
